I’m not the dream maker but I make it my mission to tell the world about those who are. It’s truly humbling to work with organizations and people that have made it their life’s work to give back. We can’t always control what life throws at us, but it’s comforting to know that there is support and love waiting.
Dream Foundation
The only national dream-granting organization for terminally-ill adults, fulfills final Dreams that provide inspiration, comfort and closure at the end of life. Dream Foundation has served more than 34,000 final Dreams since 1994.
